不同荻繁殖体地下部分生长的初步研究 被引量:4

摘要 植物的选择是植被护坡的重要研究内容。荻是一种易栽种生长快的禾木科草本植物,具有强盛的地下根状茎和不定根网络系统,可用于加固和防护边坡。本实验采用荻不同部位的繁殖体进行无性繁殖,定量研究荻的不定根长度和数量、根状茎新生芽数量和地下部分包裹土壤的体积,以预测其护坡效果。结果表明:不同繁殖体发芽率分别为:一年生根状茎顶芽70%,一年生根状茎切段78%,两年或多年生根状茎切段70%,地上茎基部鳞芽73.33%。一年生根状茎切段长出新生植株基部不定根的平均数量为40.95,平均长度为27.62 cm,新生芽平均数量为7.4,地下部分最大包裹沙土体积3116623.38 cm3,其地下部分总体生长状态优于其它3种繁殖体。 The selection of species plays an important role in the research of slope protection by using plant. Di belonging to family of Gramineae is an easy - planting and fast - growing herb. Which has a strong belowground rhizome - root - network system and can be used to reinforce the slopes. In this research, the different propagulum of Di were used to reproduce new plant. After 6 moths of growth, the length snd amount of adventitious roots, amount of newly - grown buds and the volume of sand wrapped by rhizome - root - network system were measured, which led to results as follows : ( 1 ) The germination rates of Di derived from annual rhizome terminal bud, annual rhizome segments, biennial or perennial rhizome segments and the scaly bud at the base of aboveground stem were 70%, 78%, 70% and 73.33%, respectively. (2) The average amount and length of adventitious roots at the base of the plant derived from annual rhizome segments were 40. 95 and 27.62cm, respectively. The average amount of new bud on the rhizome was 7.4 and the maximum volume of sand wrapped by rhizome - root - network system was 3116623.38 cm^3. The belowground growth of the plants was better than those of the plants from other 3 propagulum.
