摘要
研究了不同水平的植物生长调节物质对烤烟生长、化学成分和品质指标的影响。结果表明:烟株处理后,烟叶的叶长、叶宽和叶面积比对照有所增加。浓度为9mg/kg的处理,能降低烟叶中的烟碱含量、增加还原糖含量,上部和中部烟叶烟碱含量为2.63%和2.12%,钾素含量分别为1.99%和2.16%,两糖差分别为3.19和3.72,糖碱比值较大,中部叶达9.23,上部叶为5.67。上部叶多酚类物质含量为2.69%。
The effect of plant growth regulators on growth and chemical content of tobaceo was studied. The result showed that : the length, the width and the area of the leaves treated by plant growth regulators were better than that of the CK. The nicotine of the tobacco treated by 9mg/kg was reduced, and the reducing sugar content was increased. The nicotine content in the upper and middle leaves were 2. 63% and 2. 12%, K content were 1.99% and 2. 16%. And the content of polyphenols material was 2. 69%.
