基于循环经济的武汉市垃圾资源化研究

Research of Wuhan′s Rubbish Resource Based on Cycling Economy

从循环经济视点出发,垃圾蕴藏着丰富的能量和物质,是可以开发利用的资源。文章提出应改变将垃圾作为单纯废弃物进行收集、填埋的传统思维,以法律规范、源头减量、分类丢弃、物资回收、资源利用和污染防范为基本思路,构建循环型垃圾产业体系,推进武汉"两型社会"建设,为城市垃圾资源化探索科学、经济、可行的途径。

From the point of cycling economy, there are plenty of energies and materials contained in rubbish, which can be exploited as useful resource. The traditional thoughts which regard rubbish as only waste for collecting and filling must be changed. Taking the law to regulate, reducing the amount in orion, disposing by classifying, retrieving substance, reusing resource and keeping watch on pollution are basic thoughts for constructing cycling rubbish industry system, which is useful to promote the construction of ＂Wuhan 2 Styles Society＂ and to explore the scientific, economic and sufficient path of developing civic rubbish resource.
