摘要 综述了目前国内外镁合金冶炼中熔体保护和精炼这两项重要工艺内容的基本原理及方法。分析了熔剂、合金元素、气体保护等熔体保护的方法和熔剂精炼、喷吹气体精炼、过滤精炼等其它精炼方法在镁合金冶炼中的作用及特点。总结并提出了镁合金无熔剂精炼工艺的基本方法,指出镁合金无熔剂冶炼中还存在的问题以及今后研究、发展的方向。 The fundamental principle and process of smelting protection and refining for melting Magnesium alloy at home and a broad were surveyed. The effects and characteristics of the protection using flux, alloying elements and gas, and the refining method using flux, gas spraying and filtering were analyzed. The basic methad of non-flux refining process was summarized. The present problems in smelting Magnesium alloy and the developing tendency of non-flux smelting were pointed out.
