Enhance Education Reform of Foreign-Related Majors by the Tension of Regionality and Internationalization

地方性高校的涉外专业发展,面临着地方性与国际性的双重要求,由此形成目标张力:一方面是所培养的人才难以适应当地对高级应用型人才的强烈需求,另一方面是课堂教学与国际市场存在较大的距离,致使教育、人才、经济效益三因素之间出现逆向发展的趋势。然而,从服务社会、面向世界的基点出发,发挥专业学科定位中形成体系的自组织功能,可以变三因素间的逆向发展为良性循环发展。

The development of foreign - related majors in regional universities is facing the double requirements of regionality and internationalization, thus forming target tension： one is that the talents trained are hard to match strong regional demand for advanced application -oriented talents, the other is that big distance gap between class teaching and international market causing the converse developing trend among three factors as education, talents and economic benefit. Based on serving society and facing world, we can form self- organizing function in the positioning of majors to deepen courses reform. In this way, we can change tension into motivation and enhance good circulation among education, talents and economy.
