多校区办学格局下校园安全现状的调查与思考

Investigation and Thinking on Campus Safety in Multi-campus School

针对多校区办学格局下校园安全管理的特殊性和复杂性,开展了以"两地三校区"办学的台州学院校园安全现状的调查。调查结果反映出:安全状况评价基本满意,但安全形势仍不容乐观;安全教育不够全面系统,教育活动方式相对单一;安全防范意识比较淡薄,自我保护能力有待提高。建议采取的措施有:建立"三种机制",落实校园及周边治安综合治理;坚持"三个到位",切实加强校园安全管理工作;发挥"三自教育",提高学生安全防范意识和技能。

Due to the specialty and complexity of campus security management in multi - campus school, an investigation is taken in Taizhou University who has three campus in two places. The findings and problems are as follows. First, evaluation of the security situation is satisfactory, but the campus security situation is still severe. Second, the safety education system is not comprehensive and the form of security education activity is simple. At last, awareness of security is relatively weak and self - protection capability is not enough. The countermeasures proposed are those as establishment of ＂three mechanisms＂ to implement comprehensive management of public security on the campus and around, sticking to ＂three aspects＂ and strengthening safety management on campus ; and carry out self - education on security to improve their security awareness and skills.
