摘要
老子的"为道"、"为学"既是管理的理念,又是一种教育管理策略。试图通过对"为道"、"为学"思想内涵和特质的理解,将该思想应用于高等院校人事管理当中,在以人为本的原则指导下,客观地把握教育规律、管理规律和人事制度改革规律等,合理利用人力资源,营造内紧外松的管理氛围,形成民主的、宽松的,富有人性化的高校管理环境。
The morality and the knowledge tendency thoughts of Laozi can be regarded as not only a management idea, but also an educational management strategy. Through the understanding of ideological content and nature, this paper tries to apply this thought into the personnel management for colleges. Based on the peoplecentered principle, under the guidance of objective grasp of the reforming law of education, management, law and the personnel system and rational utilization of human resources, the paper focuses on the disccussiom of the exploration of creating both an internally tight, externally loose management environment, a democratic, liberal, humanistic university management environment.
