论述了终身教育、终身学习、学习型社会的基本概念及其理论形成、产生、发展的过程,就如何创建学习型社会提出了作者自己的观点,并提出在创建学习型社会中高校要创建学习型大学、企业要创建学习型企业的主张。

The paper discussed the basic concepts of lifetime education, lifetime learning and learning society, and their theory＇s formation and development. The author proposed the ideas on how to build learning society. Especially, the author claimed that college should build learning college, and enterprise should build learning enterprise in the course of building learning society.
