摘要
胃肠道间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumor,GIST）起源于胃肠Cajal细胞或与Cajal细胞同源的间叶干细胞的肿瘤。以前人们常将其认作胃肠道平滑肌源性肿瘤,又称为平滑肌瘤、平滑肌肉瘤或平滑肌母细胞瘤。随着分子病理学。
