基于双展开平面映射法的板料成形多步快速模拟 被引量:2

A Different Fast Simulation of Multi-Step Sheet Metal Forming Based on Double Spreading Plane Mapping Method

摘要 初始解的确定是板料冲压成形有限元快速分析中的一个重要环节,初始解的好坏严重影响分析计算的速度以及求解的收敛性。文章在总结前人研究成果的基础上提出一种新的网格映射方法——"双展开平面映射法"快速获得中间构型初始解。在此基础上,将上述方法用于板料成形的多步快速模拟,试算表明所提方法正确、有效,为板料成形多步快速模拟中的中间构型准确建立奠定了重要基础。 Ref. 10, authored by Tang et al, dealt with the same topic but we obtain the initial solution of intermediate configuration quickly by a new method named "double spreading plane mapping method". In the full paper, we explain in section 1 in some detail our method and its effectiveness; in this abstract, we just give a very concise summary of section 1, which is named "the algorithm" and its three subsections are: constructing the sliding constraint surface (subsection 1.1), the principles of the double spreading plane mapping method (subsection 1.9.) and a numerical example (subsection 1.3). In subsection 1.2, with the help of Fig. 1 in the full paper, we explain a five-step procedure. In accordance with the procedure, we discretize the double surface of a sliding constraint into the shape similar to a plane blank and spread it on a plane and then map it vertically. Our method enhances the universality of the mapping procedure and reduces mapping difficulties. In subsection 1.3, we apply our method to a numerical example, whose results, shown in Figs. 3 through 6, show the effectiveness of our method.
