针对充血性心力衰竭的病机及目前治疗的困境,中药复方制剂加味参附颗粒的研制及临床应用将有助于解决心力衰竭治疗中的一些问题。综述了心力衰竭的病机、加味参附颗粒的药物特点、治疗心力衰竭的机理及其临床应用疗效,并展望了加味参附颗粒的下一步研究开发及应用。

For the pathogenesis of congestive heart failure patients and the present predicament of treating congestive heart failure, modified mankshood granule might help to resolve some related problems in treating congestive heart failure. We described the pharmacological property of modified mankshood granule, mechanism and clinical results of treating congestive heart failure with modified mankshood granule in this paper. We also expected the next step in research and development and application of modified mankshood granule.
