酒精性肝纤维化中医症状和证候特点的研究

Study on TCM Symptoms and Syndrome Characteristics of Alcoholic Hepatic Fibrosis

酒精性肝纤维化是国内外酒精性肝病研究的重点,中医药防治酒精性肝纤维化有一定的优势,对"证"的研究也是当今中医研究的热点。采用临床流行病学的原则和方法,全面地收集酒精性肝纤维化患者的中医四诊资料和相关临床检查数据,从数理统计角度探讨酒精性肝纤维化临床中医证候的特点以及中医病机特点。

Alcoholic hepatic fibrosis was the investigative emphasis of alcoholic liver disease at home and abroad. TCM had some advantages in prevention and cure alcoholic hepatic fibrosis and the study on ＂ syndrome＂ was TCM research focus nowadays. Though adopted the principles and methods of clinical epidemiology, overally gathered the data of four methods of examination and correlated clinical examination of the alcoholic hepatic fibrosis patients, the study discussed the clinical characteristics of TCM syndrome and TCM pathogenesis from mathematical statistics.
