摘要
目的:研究石荠苧属植物酚性组成及抗氧化活性。方法:在测定其提取物中酚性物质含量的基础上,采用分光光度法,测定石荠苧属植物对DPPH、脂质过氧化的消除能力和总还原力,并通过多元线性回归分析,考察了石荠苧属植物体外抗氧化活性及酚性物质含量的相关性。结果:石荠苧属植物均具有显著的抗氧化活性,且自由基清除率与各提取物中总黄酮含量呈正相关。结论:黄酮类化合物可能是其抗氧化作用的主要物质基础。
Objective :To study the phenolic components and the antioxidant activity in vitro of Mosla. Methods :Using the Spectrophotometry to test phenolic components in the extracts to study the radical scavenging capacity of DPPH, lipid peroxidation and the total reducing power of Mosla. Then it was surveyed the correlation between the phenolic components and the antioxidant activity by the multiple linear regression analysis. Results :The extracts all showed good antioxidant activities and the free radical efficiency had a positive correlation with the flavone contents. Conclusion :The flavone may be the main material of antioxidant activity.
