妇炎净颗粒对慢性盆腔炎的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamics Research of FuYanjing Granula on Chronic Cervicitis

目的:观察妇炎净颗粒对慢性盆腔炎的药效学作用。方法:采用热板法、扭体法、肉芽组织增生、腹腔毛细血管通透性试验,按妇炎净颗粒大、中、小剂量(41.44、20.72、10.36g·kg-1·天-1)分别给药,检测痛阈值、扭体次数、肉芽组织干重和腹腔内透入的染料量。结果:妇炎净颗粒能提高小鼠痛阈值,可明显减少冰醋酸所致小鼠反应次数(P<0.05或P<0.01),对棉球腋下埋藏诱发肉芽组织增生有明显的抑制作用,抑制冰醋酸所引起小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的增高。结论:妇炎净颗粒对慢性盆腔炎有显著抑制作用。

Objective ： To observe the pharmacodynamics research effects of FuYanjing Granula on chronic cervicitis. Methods：Use hot plate, stretching; writhing, granulation tissue hyperblastosis and capillary permeability methods, The mouses were fed with drugs （41.44, 20.72,10. 36g - kg^-1· d^-1）. The pain threshold,stretching;writhing frequency, granulation tissue dryweight and coloring agent quantity were tested. Results ：FuYanjing Granula can improve pain threshold, decrease stretching;writhing frequency,inhibit granulation tissue hyperblastosis and capillary permeability （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion： FuYanjing Granula has significantly inhibitory effect on chronic cervicitis.
