摘要
目的:对二藤通痹合剂进行有效部位提取,并以抗类风湿药理作用验证其合理性,筛选出最优提取部位。方法:制作大鼠关节炎模型(AA模型),以各组提取液灌胃给药,测量大鼠足肿胀度,测定血清细胞因子白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6),并取后肢关节做病理组织学检查。结果:二藤提取液Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组均对大鼠足肿胀有消炎消肿作用,其中Ⅱ组与模型组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);二滕提取液Ⅱ、Ⅲ组有减轻关节滑膜病变、减轻关节软骨病变作用(P<0.01);二藤提取液Ⅰ、Ⅲ组能降低AA大鼠血中IL-2、IL-6水平。结论:优选组分Ⅲ为最佳提取液。
Objective : To select the best extractive fraction of Ertong Tongbi Mixtrue ( ETM ), the effective parts of ETM was extracted and thier rationality was proved by pharmacological tests on anti-theumatioid. Methods : The extractive was divided into three groups( Ⅰ , Ⅱ and Ⅲ ). Rat arthritis model(AA modle) was made. The rat was infused by intragastric garage with different groups of extractive, the degree of rat foot swelling was measured, the level of cytokine IL - 2 and IL- 6 in serum was tested, and the change of joints was checked by Pathological and histlolgy. Results :All extractive groups on foot swelling can mitigate inflammation and edema. The effects of group Ⅱ is gisnificantly compare to model group( P 〈 0.01 ). The effects of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ on releasing synovial membrane arthropathy and cartilage injuring are remarkable( P 〈 0.01 ). The groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ can decrease the level of IL - 2 and IL - 6 in serum of AA rat. Conclusion :The best extractive is group Ⅲ.
