摘要
按照云南磷化集团公司发展定位,"十一.五"期间,将在云南晋宁建设年处理450万t/a的选矿装置。由于该选厂规模大,矿石来源复杂,工程设计和建设需要可靠的试验资料和技术参数。本文重点介绍为建设晋宁450万t/a浮选装置所进行的昆阳磷矿选矿技术研究成果,通过系统的试验研究开发,为昆阳磷矿中低品位磷矿浮选开发利用提出了合理的工艺技术路线和方案,也为晋宁450万t/a浮选厂建设提供了工程设计依据和技术参数。
In accordance with the development orientation of Yunnan Phosphate Corporation , it is planned to build a mineral processing plant with a capacity of 4.5 mt/a in Jinning Phosphate Mine in the Eleventh Five-year Plan Period. Given size of the proposed plant and complexity of the ore sources, its engineering design and construction require the reliable test data and technical parameters. This article focuses on presentation of the result of research on bene-ficiation technology of phosphate rocks from Kunyang Mine being conducted for the purposes of building a 4.5 mt/a of flotation plant in Jinning Phosphate Mine. A series of researches and tests were conducted with coming up with the rational technical route and proposal for developing and utilizing low-medium phosphate rocks from Yun-nan Phosphate Mine and provision of the engineering design basis and teehnical parameters for a 4.5 mt/a flotation plant construction in Jinning Phosphate Mine.
