TSA-PANI/凹凸棒土纳米复合材料导电性能的研究和结构表征

摘要 采用原位聚合法在凹凸棒土(ATP)的表面包覆上对甲苯磺酸(TSA)掺杂的聚苯胺(PANI),合成了TSA-PANI/ATP纳米复合材料,研究了聚合温度、苯胺包覆率、聚合时间和过硫酸铵(APS)用量对复合材料体积电阻率的影响。结果表明:在m(APS)∶m(An)∶m(ATP)∶m(TSA)=2.45∶1∶3.33∶7.93,聚合温度为20℃,聚合时间为4h的条件下,复合材料的体积电阻率可达7Ω.cm。并通过TG-DTA、XRD、FTIR对该条件下制备的纳米复合材料进行了表征。 The surface of attapulgite(ATP) was encapsulated with the polyaniline(PANI) doped with p-Toluene sulphonic acid(TSA) to synthesize the TSA-PANI/ATP nanocomposites by in situ poly-merization method. The effect of polymerization temperature, covering ratio of aniline, polymerization time and amount of ammonium persulfate(APS) on the volume resistivity were studied. The result indicated that when mass ratio of APS, An, ATP and TSA was 2.45 : 1 : 3.33 : 7.93, polymerization temperature was 20℃, polymerization time 4hrs, the volume resistivity of nanocomposite could reach 7&cm. Nanocomposites prepared on this condition were also characterized by TG-DTA, XRD and FTIR.
