摘要
通过正交试验得到制备生物柴油的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度25℃,催化剂用量2.1 gKOH/200 mL原料,反应物配比40 mL甲醇/200 mL原料,反应时间25 min左右。制得的生物柴油的主要性能指标符合0#柴油标准(GB252-1994)。
Biodiesel fuel can take place of oil fuel. It is reproducible and is likely to be biodegraded. Sulfur proportion of biodiesel fuel is low and hazardous material output of the waste gas is small. It is also one of the important pollution-free fuels. The optimum reacting conditions obtained for transesterifieation were set at temperature 25℃. Reactants were 40 mL methanol and 200 mL material . Reaction time was 25 rain . And catalyst was 2.1 grams KOH per 200 mL material . Principal physieochemical properties of BDF were similar to that of No 0 diesel fuel.
