近年来,云南野生食用菌产业发展迅速,但产业在发展中也存在许多制约因素。利用迈克尔·波特的"钻石体系"模型,从生产要素、需求条件、相关与支持性产业、企业战略结构和竞争对手、政府、机遇六个方面对云南野生食用菌产业进行具体分析,并得出云南野生食用菌产业所具备的优势基本都集中在生产要素上,而对产业发展具有重要影响的因素却处于相对劣势的结论。基于以上分析,就保护资源,提高生产技术、政策扶持以及品牌战略等方面,提出提升云南野生食用菌产业核心竞争力的途径。

From above all, proposed the way to promotes the wild mushroom industry core competitive ability in Yunnan from aspects of protecting resources, improving the production technology, policy support as well as brand strategy.
