Present Conditions and Development Stratagies of Forestry Industries in Gansu Province

目前,森工企业的主要职能是森林管护和公益林建设,因此要将原有的体制分为两块,一块以资源管理为主,由政府出资行使资源管理权;另一块以经济实体为主,自主经营,自负盈亏。论述天然林保护工程实施后,甘肃省停采森工企业的经营现状,分析制约企业发展的体制、机制等方面的问题。

Discussed the present situation of forest industry business after pracitising the project of natural forests protection in Gansu province, analysised the system and the mechanism which restrict business development, and raised up the main function of forest industry business is forest protection and public - interest forest construction. So must divided the old system into two part, one part take resource management as the main task, which managed by the government. And other part take economy body as the main task, which managed by itself.
