摘要
活性染料是一类有发展前途的棉用染料。探讨了活性染料对棉织物在声场和超声场中染色的影响因素,染色织物的牢度性能及染色过程的动力学。结果表明,以DyStar Remazol Red RGB对棉织物染色时应用频率为2kHz,声压为100dB的低频声场,染色上染率提高了15%;而频率为40kHz,功率为500W的超声波染色效果优于低频声场效果,其染色上染率提高了20%。声场与超声场的应用不改变染色动力学,但能使染色过程的半染时间由常规染色的22.22分钟缩短为低频声场的20.94分钟和超声场染色的16.62分钟。
Reactive dye is a kind of important dyes for cotton fabric. The dyeing experiments of cotton fabric were carried out using reactive dyes with sound field excitation. The influencing factor of dyeing, the fastness of dyed fabric, and the dynamic of dyeing process were investigated in detail. Experimental findings showed that dyeing in sound field enhanced the up-take of dye, and saved dyeing time. Moreover, the fastness of dyed fabric was slightly improved. A series of experiments demonstrated that the dynamics of dyeing process of cotton fabric under sound action was the first-order reaction.
