1,4-N-烷基蒽醌染料对聚乳酸染色方法研究 被引量:1

A Study on Dyeing Process for Poly Lactic Acid Fiber with 1,4-N-Alkyl Anthraquinone Dyes

摘要 聚乳酸纤维原料为生物质糖基化学品,废弃后可完全降解为二氧化碳和水,具有良好的生物相容性、低毒性,较好的亲水性、较低的密度,并且具有良好的弹性、卷曲性,因此聚乳酸纤维为目前研究报道最多的新型生态纤维。聚乳酸纤维的染色是目前影响该类纤维广泛应用的重要因素之一。本文详细研究了我们自行设计合成的1,4-N-烷基蒽醌染料在聚乳酸纤维上的染色工艺,得出最佳染色条件,并发现1,4-N-正己基蒽醌染料具有最好的染色结果。 Prepared from the fermentation product of natural sugar, poly lactic acid fiber (PLA) possesses many advantages: biodegradability, biocompatibility, nontoxicity, hydrophilicity, low density, good flexibility and crimpness. Therefore, PLA becomes the mostly reported ecologyical textile fiber. Dyeing of PLA is one of the most important applications of PLA. In this paper, by a series of 1,4 - N - alkyl anthraquinone dyes synthesized in our lab, dyeing processes for PLA were discussed. The optimal condition was confirmed and the best dyeing effect was achieved by 1,4 - N - n - hexyl anthraquinone dye.
