摘要
采用干式厌氧消化技术研究生物废物在不同固含量(20%、30%、40%)条件下的pH、氧化还原电位、纤维素酶和果胶酶活力变化情况,比较了不同条件下VS与CODCr的去除率及产气情况。结果表明:高固含量引起的酸化现象使系统的正常运行受到影响,氧化还原电位开始持续下降趋势,后期有所回升;固含量20%的罐体纤维素酶活力相对较高,3个罐体的果胶酶活力在消化过程中出现了4个大小不同的峰值;固含量20%的罐体VS与CODCr降解效果较好,去除率分别为38.16%、63.95%,其罐体产气总量和甲烷含量分别为2424.5mL、45.2%,在3个罐体中最高。
The change of pH, ORP, and activities of cellulose enzyme and pectase during dry anaerobic digestion of bio-waste under different total solid (20%, 30% and 40%) were investigated. The removal rates of volatile solid (VS) and CODCr and total biogas yield were compared among different treatments. The results showed that acidification in high total solid (TS) had serious effect on the normal function of the system. ORP declined continually at the initial stage, and increased a little in the last stage; the activities of cellulose enzyme were higher when TS was 20%, activities of pectase had four different peak values during the digestion process. The removal rates of VS and CODCr in 20% TS reached 38. 16%, 63. 95%, total biogas yield and content of methane reached 2 424. 5 mL and 45.2% respectively, higher than other tanks.
