摘要
采用扫描电镜(SEM)结合能谱(EDS)的测试方法,对热处理前后含铬绝缘涂层中正常涂层和斑点的表面形貌及成分进行了分析。含铬绝缘涂层中斑点的C、O元素含量均比正常涂层高6%,而无机组分元素Zn、Cr含量与正常涂层无明显差别,研究表明,斑点是由于有机树脂分散不均匀所造成的。通过改进搅拌工艺等措施,获得了表面质量良好(无斑点)的电工钢含铬绝缘涂层。
The surface topography and composition of normal coating and spot were investigated by scanning electron microscope and energy dispersion spectrum. The content of carbon and oxygen in the spot is respectively 6% higher than that in the normal coating, but the content of zinc and chromium belonging to the inorganic component is undifferentiated with that in the normal coating. It is concluded that organic resin is inhomogenously dispersed, which causes spot defects in the chromate-containing coating. Chromate-containing insulating coating with good surface quality was obtained by improving stirring technology.
