摘要
研究了SiO2_B2O3_Bi2O3加入量、烧结温度对钛酸锶陶瓷电容器材料性能的影响。借助扫描电镜和宽频介电仪研究陶瓷的烧结过程及其介电性能。结果表明:SrTiO3和(Si,B,Bi)摩尔比为75∶25,(Si,B,Bi)摩尔比为15∶30∶55的样品在1 250℃烧成表现出良好的高频介电性能,介电常数为355,介质损耗角正切值低于5×10-4。
The effect of the addition amount of Bi2O3-B2O3-SiO2 and sintering temperature on dielectric properties of SrTiO3 ceramic capacitors was studied. The sintering process and dielectric properties of SrTiO3 ceramic capacitors was analyzed by SEM and Wide Band Dielectric-Impedance. It shows that the sample sintered at 1 250℃ and with SrTiO3: (Si,B,Bi) =75 : 25(mol ratio) and Si : B : Bi= 15 : 30 : 55 (tool ratio) has good high-frequency dielectric properties, high dielectric constant (355) and low dielectric dissipation fraction (5 ×10^-4) .
