摘要
为了在实际中优化反应器设计,提高放电效率,对影响介质阻挡放电的因素加以研究。通过实验室建立的放电装置研究了介质材料厚度和外加电压对放电特性的影响以及外加电压和放电气隙对介质等效电容的影响。研究表明:选择介电常数较大、较薄的介质及提高外加电压可以获得较大功率的放电,同时,随外加电压的增加,气隙距离的减小介质等效电容是增大的。
The laboratory study on the factors that influence DBD has made it possible to optimize the design of discharge reactors in practical use and to improve the efficiency of electric discharge. With the discharge setup used in present paper, the influence factors, e.g. the dielectric material, thickness and voltage. The result shows that the intensity of discharge rises with the increase of dielectric constant, voltage and drop swith the increase of barrier thickness. The equivalent capacitance of medium rises with the increase of voltage and reducing the air gap.
