琼脂/藻酸钠双重印模间结合力及其结合形式 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究琼脂/藻酸钠印模材料间的结合力及其结合形式和两者的表面结构。方法应用电子万能材料试验机测试琼脂/藻酸钠印模材料间结合力;应用扫描电镜观察琼脂印模材料和藻酸钠印模材料的表面显微结构及其结合界面形貌。结果(1)琼脂/藻酸钠印模材料间结合力达611.84g/cm2;(2)琼脂/藻酸钠印模材料间呈“镶嵌状”结合,除了机械性结合之外,可能还存在其他的结合形式;(3)琼脂印模材料表面呈“海生植物状”结构,藻酸钠印模材料表面呈“棉絮状”结构。结论本研究所用的琼脂/藻酸钠印模材料间结合力超过国外学者公认的标准,表明其可用于临床琼脂/藻酸钠双重印模技术,两者间的结合形式有待于进一步研究。 Objective\ To study the tensile bone strength between the agar/alginate hydrocolloid impression material.\ Meanwhile to survey the interface of the agar/alginate hydrocolloid impression and the surface structure of the agar impression material and the alginate impression material.\ Methods\ To study the tensile bond strength with an instron testing machine.\ To survey the interface and the surface of agar/alginate impression material with SEM.\ Results\ (1)The bond strength of the agar and alginate hydrocolloid used in this research was 611.84 g/cm 2.(2)The interface of agar/alginate hydrocolloid was a “rete peg” penetration of each material to another.There was the presence of the other bond form in addition to the mechanical bond between these two kinds of hydrocolloid.(3)The surface structure of agar hydrocolloid was “sea plant” like structure and the surface structure of alginate hydrocolloid was “cotton”like structure.\ Conclusion\ The bond strength of agar and alginate hydrocolloid used in this study exceed the standard approved by researchers.\ It proved that these two kinds of hydrocolloid could be used in the agar/alginate impression technique.The bond form of them should be studied in deeply.
