科学评价医院各年度工作质量.用主成分分析和因子分析法对医院九年工作质量进行综合评价.我校附属口腔医院在1997至2006九年中工作质量综合评价排序结果为9、7、6、5、8、4、2、3、1.该方法可消除人为因素干扰,对综合评价医院各年度工作质量效果有应用价值,简单易行.

Objective： the purpose of this study is evaluating the quality of the hospital work from 1997 to 2006. Methods： using the component analysis and factor analysis to evaluate the quality of hospital nine-years work. Results ： acrossing the article we can see that the arrange of the quality of the work in our affiliated Dental hospital is 9,7,6,5,8,4,2,3,1. Conclusion ： It is suggest that this method can eliminate the artificial element, it is simple and easy to implement and has practical value in synthetical evaluation the quality of the hospital work in each year.
