摘要
文章分析了能谱漂移与系统增益之间的关系,重点描述了稳谱源与稳谱峰、窗口选择与稳谱条件、高压调整函数与稳谱调度周期等关键参数,介绍了在此基础上具体设计中由硬件实现的二窗口稳谱系统和由硬软件结合实现的四窗口稳谱系统的过程。
Analyses the relation between energy spectrum drift and the system gain,describes the key points for stable measurement as stable resource and feature peak,window selection and stable conditions,high voltage adjust and cycle. On the basis of which,designs two windows and four windows stable spectrum system.
