摘要
功率超声波技术具有良好的清洗效果,紫外线杀菌技术是一种高效的物理杀菌方法,并且两种方法对水质都没有任何二次污染。油田污水回注处理系统水质特殊,其中的油类、溶解盐类、硫化物、铁、悬物固体等游离于水中容易形成沾附作用,使紫外线透光率降低,降低杀菌率。超声波技术与紫外线技术进行融合可以实现高效杀菌,超声波振动清洗、振动剪切和空化作用,可实现石英防水套管动态清洗、分割破碎悬浮颗粒、产生大量空化气泡,进而提高透光率。
The washing effect of ultrasonic wave is very good.Bactericidal technology with ultraviolet is widely used for water disposal facility,and it can not result in second pollution.In oilfields,water quality of produced water reinjection system is speical,including grase,dissolved salts,sulfuret,iron and suspended pollutant,which easily adhere to quartz water proof casing,and consequently declining light transmittance and decreasing bactericidal rate.This paper introduces the technology of ultrasonic wave technique combined with water disposal facility of ultraviolet ray disinfection,which can achieve the purpose of disinfection with high effective and low costs.
