The Establishment of Yao Nationality's Village Regulations and Non-governmental Agreements and Its Indigenous Customary Law:Taking Jinxiuliuxiang of Guangxi as Investigation Target

瑶族是历史悠久、文化丰富的居住在我国南方的民族。文章通过对广西金秀瑶族自治县六巷瑶族村规民约的分析,指出固有的瑶族习惯法对村规民约制定目的、具体程序、修订完善等方面具有直接的影响,瑶族固有习惯法通过村规民约形式在当代瑶族地区发挥作用。

Yao nationality, residing in southern China, is a nationality with long history and brilliant culture. The article, by observing the village regulations and non - governmental agreements of Yao people living in Liuxiang Town, Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, finds out that the goals, specific procedures and amendments of Yao nationality＇s village regulations and non-governmental agreements are greatly affected by the indigenous customary law of Yao nationality, and the latter plays important role in modern Yao territories in the form of village regulations and non - governmental agreements.
