江西道地药材车前的生长发育规律研究

A Study on the Growth and Development Law of Plantago asiatica L. as a Genuine Chinese Medicinal Material in Jiangxi Province

车前（Plantago asiatica L.）生长发育规律研究结果表明,车前从播种到成熟全生育期为240-270 d,生育时期可划分为苗期、移栽期、越冬期、返青期、旺长期、孕穗期和成熟期7个时期,各生育时期存在重叠现象。车前各器官及植株干物质随生育进程逐渐增加,在全生育期干物质积累曲线均呈“S”形。车前各器官干物质分配率在生育期间有较大变化。在营养生长期干物质的分配中心为叶片,在生殖生长期,干物质分配中心为果穗。对车前的生长分析表明,相对生长速度、叶面积比率、净同化率等指标能够较好地反映车前的生长发育状况。

The results of the research of the growth and development law showed that the whole growth period of Plantago asiatica L. from its sowing day to its maturity day is about 240 - 270 days, which could be divided into six stages：the seedling stage, the over- wintering stage, the growth -recovering stage, the fast - growing stage, the booting （eating） stage, and the maturing stage. These stages would sometimes overlap. The organs and plant dry matter of Plantago its dry matter in its whole growth period asiatica L. increased with its growth progress, and the accumulation of shaped like ＂ S＂. The distribution rates of dry matter of its organs changed greatly during its growth period. The dry matter distribution centered on leaves during its nutrient growth period, while during its reproducing period, the dry matter distribution focused on its ears. The analysis of its growth showed that： the relative growth rates, the leaf areas rates as well as its net assimilation rates could fairly reflect its growing and maturing status quo.
