不同鉴别体系对福建省稻瘟病菌的鉴别效果 被引量:2

Differentiating Effects of Several Sets of Differentials to Magnaporthe grisea Isolated from Fujian Province

摘要 为了明确不同鉴别体系对福建省稻瘟病菌株的鉴别效果,以期筛选出适合福建稻瘟病菌研究的鉴别体系及其水稻鉴别品种,利用不同鉴别体系对福建省189个稻瘟病单孢菌株对进行了致病型分析,结果表明这些菌株被全国统一生理小种鉴别品种、CO39近等基因系和LTH近等基因系分别划分为15、17、21个致病型,优势致病型分别为ZB13、I34.1和J76.2,出现频率分别为58.72%、47.08%和28.57%,反映的稻瘟病菌群体多样性指数分别为:0.6809、0.7371和0.8638,其中采用全国统一生理小种鉴别品种和CO39 NILs作为福建稻瘟病菌株的鉴别体系较为理想。 In order to know differentiating effects of several sets of differentials to Magnaporthe grisea from Fujian Province, and select suitable differentials and rice varieties, the pathotypes of Magnaporthe grisea single spore isolates isolated from Fujian Province were analyzed by rice varieties with different differentials. 189 isolates could be differentiated into 15, 17 and 21 pathogenic types by Chinese race differentials, CO39 nearisogenic lines (NILs) and LTH -NIL,the dominant types were ZB13, I34.1 and J76.2 with occurrence frequency of 58.72%, 47.08% and 28.57% respectively. Diversity indexes of isolates in Chinese race differentials, CO39 near - isogenie lines (NILs) and LTH - NILs were 0.680 9, 0.737 1 and 0.863 8 respectively, among which Chinese race differentials and CO39 NILs were ideal differentials for Magnaporthe grisea isolates in Fujian.
