双孢蘑菇不同菌株的RAPD扩增研究 被引量:3

摘要 用18个随机引物对3个双孢蘑菇生产菌株进行RAPD扩增,通过计算供试菌株遗传相似系数及聚类分析,构建供试双孢蘑菇菌株的系统树状图谱。结果表明,所用18个引物中有8个能对双孢蘑菇菌株扩增出清晰、稳定的DNA谱带。供试菌株2796与F56的相似程度较高,相似系数为0.8571,菌株2796、F56和菌株176的平均相似程度较低,平均相似系数只有0.4728。 Three strains of Agaricus bisporus were amplified by RAPD technique with 18 random primers. A dendrogram was generated through the assessment of the similarity coefficient of these three strains tested and systematic clustering analysis. The result showed that among 18 primers tested, 8 primers could produce clear and steady band. The clustering analysis showed that the strain 2796 and F56 have higher similarity level, the similarity coefficient is 0.8571, but the strain 176 with the other two have lower similarity level, the average similarity coefficient is 0.4728.
