摘要
目的:为比较环孢菌素A(CSA)、丹参和维拉帕米(Ver)抗银屑病的作用,并探讨其各自的作用机制。方法:以雌激素周期中小白鼠阴道上皮增生活跃的特点,用连续腹腔注射己烯雌酚的方法造成银屑病的实验动物模型,分析CSA、丹参、Ver对成年小白鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂指数的影响。结果:CSA和Ver能显著减少有丝分裂指数,抑制细胞增生,与对照组相比,CSA组P<0.01,Ver组P<0.05,而丹参的抑制作用不明显,P>0.05。结论:CSA的作用机制与直接抑制细胞增殖有关,Ver的作用机制与阻断Ca2+内流,间接抑制细胞增殖有关,而丹参则与改善皮损处的微循环有关。
AIM: A compartive study of cyclospoin A、 danshen and verapamil on antipsoriasis action, and ascertained their action machanism. METHODS: The authors made a psoriasis experiment animal model with the charactristfic of mouse vaginal epithelium proliferation fast in estrin cycle with continuous ip diethyl stilbestrol, the effect of CSA、 danshen and Ver were analysed on dult mouse vaginal epithelium cells mitosis index. RESULTS: CSA and Ver could reduce the mitosis index and inhibit cell proliferation, compared with the control, CSA group( P <0 01), Ver group ( P< 0 05), but the inhibitive effect of danshen was not obvious. CONCLUSIONS: The action machanism of CSA was related to inhibiting cell proliferation directly, the machanism of Ver to blocking Ca 2+ influx, inhibit cell proliferation indirectly but danshen to improving microcirculation of skin damage.
