摘要
光镊技术在分子生物学、胶体科学、实验原子物理等领域中具有极其重要的作用,光镊本身也不断发展并产生许多衍生光镊技术。利用全息元件或空间光调制器(SLM)所形成的全息光镊,在多粒子操控方面的优势,为光镊技术走向实用化、规模工业生产打开了新局面,是目前光镊家族极具活力的成员。简述了全息光镊的原理及典型实验光路,详细介绍了该技术在众多领域的最新应用进展以及潜在的应用。
Optical tweezers has played an important role in many fields,such as molecular biology,colloid science and experimental atomic physics.At the same time,optical tweezers technique has developed greatly and marry extended techniques are proposed,enlarging optical tweezers' family,Holographic optical tweezers,formed by hologram device or spatial light modulator (SLM),has new features in practical and large-scale production of optical tweezers for its advantages in multi-particle micro-manipulation.Now hololgraphic optical tweezers is one of the most important members in optical tweezers' family.The basic principle of hololgraphic optical tweezers and the most recent research progress and potential application of this vigorous technology are introduced.
