摘要
研究了 meso-四(N-甲基-3-吡啶基)卟啉和锰的络合物作为过氧化物摸拟酶对高香草酸和H_2O_2荧光反应的催化作用。拟订了用模拟酶测定 H_2O_2和葡萄糖的荧光测定方法,其灵敏度分别为1.3×10^(-7)MH_2O_2和1.5μgml^(-1)的葡萄糖。对人血清中葡萄糖的含量进行了测定,结果令人满意。
The catalytic behaviour of a mimetic enzymeof peroxidase,manganese tetrakis(N-methylpyri-dinium)porphyrin(MnTMPyP),is demonstratedin a fluorescence reaction of homovanillic acidwith hydrogen peroxide.The sensitivities for thedetermination of hydrogen peroxide and glucoseby use of MnTMPyP were 1.3×10^(-7)M ofhydrogen peroxide and 1.5μg ml^(-1) of glucose,respectively.The recommended method has beenapplied to determine glucose in human serum,satisfactory results were obtained.
