扁穗牛鞭草水浸液化感作用及化学成分分析 被引量:8

摘要 研究了扁穗牛鞭草根、茎、叶水浸液对白三叶、红三叶种子萌发及幼苗生长的化感作用,并用GC-MS鉴定了根、茎、叶水浸液中所含有的有机化合物。结果表明:扁穗牛鞭草根、茎、叶水浸液对2种种子的萌芽都有延迟和抑制作用。茎、叶水浸液抑制了2种豆科植物幼根的生长,而促进了幼苗的生长。从2种豆科植物的整体生长形态上,扁穗牛鞭草水浸液对白三叶的影响作用更强。在根、茎、叶水浸液中分别鉴定到20、18、26个化合物,主要是苯甲醛、苯甲酸、棕榈酸、2,4-二叔丁基苯酚、亚油酸、肉豆蔻酸等。 This research studied the allelopathy of the aqueous extracts of roots, shoots and leaves of H. compressa in the stage of podding rotational, continuous and alternate cropping on the germination and seedling growth of T. repens and T. pretense. Chemical components in the aqueous extracts were analysed by GC-MS. The results showed that the germination of T. repens and T. pretense seeds were delayed and inhibited by the aqueous extracts of roots, shoots and leaves of H. compressa. The aqueous extracts of shoots and leaves inhibited root elongation, but promoted shoot elongation. The effect of the extracts of H. compressa on the seedling growth of T. repens was stronger. 20 compounds in extract of root, 18 compounds in extract of shoot and 26 compounds in extract of leaves were identified. The major chemical components in aqueous extracts of H. compressa included Benzaldehyde, Benzyl alcohol, Hexadecanoic acid, Phenol, 2,4- bis(1,1 -dimethylethyl)-, Linoleic acid and Tetradecanoic acid.
