不同树龄红梣营养器官中盐离子分布的研究 被引量:11

摘要 以盐渍生境下1~3年生红棒为材料,对不同树龄红榉的各营养器官中盐离子分布规律进行了研究。研究发现:Na^+、K^+和Cl^-在红棒各营养器官中分布不同,且差异显著。Na^+和K^+在根中含量最多,平均分别达0.75%和12.34%。Cl^-在叶中含量最多,平均达1.08%。Na^+和Cl^-含量均随树龄的增大而减少,K^+含量随树龄的增大而增加。表明在盐渍生境中种植的红榉能够随着种植年代的增加逐步适应盐渍生境,从而具有一定的耐盐能力。 The study has researched the distribution of salty ions in different vegetative organs of F. pennsylvanica, which are 1-3 year old trees in saline environment. The results indicate that the content of Na^+ , K^+ and Cl^- in the different vegetative organs is different. The content of Na^+ and K^+ is highest in roots, with average content 0.75% and 12. 34% respectively. The content of Cl^- is highest in leaves, with average content 1.08%. The content of Na^+ and Cl^- is to reduce with the increase of tree age, while the content of K^+ is to increase with the increase of tree age. The conclusion can be drawn that with the longer time of cultivation, F. pennsylvanica can adapt to saline habitats gradually, thus having a capacity of salt-tolerance.
