重庆市巴南区新农村建设资金筹措现状、问题及对策研究

Research on Condition,Problems and Contermeasures of Financing for New Rural Building in Banan Area,Chongqing City

建设社会主义新农村是党中央、国务院审时度势作出的一项重大战略决策,关系到农民增收,社会和谐。要实现这一重大战略决策,关键是要实现资金的安全运营,提高资金的使用效益;并及时总结经验,积极探索和完善新农村建设资金的管理使用模式,这样才能充分发挥新农村建设资金的积极作用,让新农村建设取得实质性进展。本文通过实地调查和分析,对重庆市巴南区新农村建设中存在的资金筹措问题进行了思考,提出了相关对策与建议。

New rural building is＇a significant strategy of the state council which relate to the income increasing of farmers and social harmonious. In order to achieve the strategy, it＇s the key to operating the capital safetily, to improve the efficient,and to perfect the management model of the fund,which should promote new rural building activitily. Author studied the issue of financing for new rural building in Banan Area, Chongqing city through survering and analysing. At last, we gave out the countermeasures and the suggestions.
