摘要 良好的水系规划是实现新农村建设可持续发展的重要基础和保障。针对苏南地区特殊的地理位置——洪水期间极易造成上游洪水、当地暴雨、潮汐"三碰头"的现象,提出了适于当地农村水系规划的防洪安全校核计算方法,建立了河网水动力模型,编制了相应的计算程序。将该模型应用于张家港市乐余片区新农村水系规划,计算不同规划条件下的河网洪水位,计算结果可为制定满足苏南地区防洪安全要求的新农村水系规划提供依据。 Good water system planning is the important basis and guarantee of realizing the sustainable development of new countryside construction. According to the special geographical location in southern Jiangsu where the phenomenon of the flood in upper reaches, local storm and tide usually occur together, a calculation method suitable for proofing the safety of flood control of water system planning is proposed, a hydrodynamic model for calculating fiver water levels in different plan conditions is established and the corresponding calculation program is written. The model is applied in new countryside water system planning of Leyu district of Zhangjiagang city and calculation of river water levels in different plan conditions. The results can be used as basis for water system planning of southern Jiangsu and formulating rational flood control schemes.
