摘要
作为河北省示范性高职院校,石家庄职业技术学院围绕"理顺关系、强化特色、积极高效、提高质量"的办学总体目标,从教学管理结构改革、突出专业群建设、强化教学团队、实现课程融合等方面构建了适应高职教育内涵发展的教学管理体制;并通过完善以目标考核为导向的分配制度改革,建立专业群骨干教师激励机制,强化教书育人意识,强化服务意识等方面的激励措施,建立了与内涵发展相适应的运行机制。
Shijiangzhuang Vocational Technology Institute is a demonstrative school of Hebei province. The institute ObserVes the general objectives of straightening of the relations, intensification of the peculiar features, enthusiasm, efficiency, and high quality. Education reforms, construction of the specialty clusters, strengthening of the teaching teams, and curricular syncretism are all reconstructed to adapt to the teaching management system of the vocational colleges. Furthermore, allocation reform, incentive mechanisms in favor of the teaching, moral education combined with the routine teaching, awareness of service are established to adjust to the operational mechanisms for the sustainable development of the vocational colleges.
