摘要
目的:研究丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液髓内注射法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的作用机制。方法:对80例股骨头缺血性坏死的患髋,行骨髓腔内注射丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液2个疗程,并在治疗前、后分别抽取其股骨上端髓腔血,行血液流变学检测。结果:与治疗前相比较,治疗后全血粘度值、血浆粘度值、红细胞压积、全血低切还原粘度、纤维蛋白原的检测值均下降,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液髓内注射法可明显降低股骨头缺血性坏死患者患髋局部髓腔血的全血粘度值、血浆粘度值、红细胞压积、全血低切还原粘度、纤维蛋白原,从而改善缺血股骨头的局部微循环,对股骨头缺血性坏死有显著的治疗作用。
Objective:To study the mechanism of intramedullary injection with sulfotanshinone sodium (STS) injection in the treatment of avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH). Methods:Eighty patients with ANFH received intramedullary injection with STS for 2 courses. Blood samples from medullary canal at the upper end of femur were collected to measure hemorrheology before and after treatment. Results:After the treatment, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hemato- erit, whole blood viscosity of low shear rate and fibrinogen were significantly lower than that before the treatment (P^0. 05). Conclusion: Intramedullary injection with STS injection could obviously decrease blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, HCT, low cut blood viscosity and fibrinogen, and improve the local microcirculation of ANFH.
