摘要
鼻结石（rhinoliths）是一种临床较少见的疾病,由鼻腔内生和外源两种异物钙化所致,文献报道通常是单个病例。自1654年Bartholin对首例该病病理进行描述至2006年,文献报道已有600余例;而检索1964～2002年的文献,关于该病的报道有63例;1988～2006年则有28例;国内1993-2006年共文献报道共12例。尽管鼻腔异物通常在儿童和女性中多见，鼻结石多发于青年女性，
