氦-氖激光对大鼠皮瓣存活的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:观察氦-氖激光照射对大鼠皮瓣存活的影响。方法:采用氦-氖激光,波长632.8nm,能量密度0.63J/cm^2,照射大鼠背部超长随意型皮瓣,15分钟,每日2次,连续照射。进行99mTc 清除率实验,皮瓣透明标本观察,皮瓣病理切片检查,皮瓣组织匀浆 SOD 检测。结果:激光照射组术后第9日皮瓣存活面积明显大于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:氦-氖激光可以改善皮瓣血供,刺激毛细血管增生,促进皮肤成纤维细胞增生,但未能证明皮瓣组织中 SOD 含量有明显增加。 Objective:This article was to investigate the effect of He-Ne laser on skin flap survival in rats.Methods:The skin flaps were got from the back of 94 rats,these flaps were radiated with He- Ne laser (wave-length 632.8nm,power density 0.63J/cm^2) 15min/per time,twice a day for 8 days.The test of isotope(99mTc) clearance,flap sample diaphaneity,SOD and histopathology of flap was all per- formed in He-Ne laser group and control group.Results:At the ninth postoperative day,the flap sur- vival areas in laser group were obviously greater than those of control group (P<0.01),Conclusion:It is shown that the He-Ne laser can increase the blood supply of flap,promote the blood capillaries and skin fibroblasts production.But the SOD level in flap is unchanged.
