以点带面法在护理操作技能培训中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:提高临床护士护理技能操作水平,探讨护理操作技能教学方法。方法:将104名参加培训的护士按楼层单双号分为两组各52名,双层为实验组,单层为对照组。对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组采用以点带面法;从实验组中抽出7名护士成立一个技能培训小组,首先对小组成员的操作技能进行强化培训,然后在课余训练中再由她们指导其他护士。结果:实验组护理技能操作考核明显高于对照组。结论:在以点带面法中,培训的护士起着示范、辅导的作用。小组成员在辅导护士的过程中获得了成就感,也提高了其综合素质。同时有助于护士之间相互探讨,训练护士的评判性思维能力,提高学习兴趣。
