摘要
目的:进一步了解紫外线照射充氧自血回输的免疫调节机制。方法:采用紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)治疗病毒性脑炎患儿30例,每隔3日照射1次,3次为1疗程,疗程前后测定 T 细胞亚群CD_3、CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8、B 细胞、NK 细胞、白细胞介素2受体(IL-2R)、免疫球蛋白 IgG、IgA、IgM 的变化。结果:UBIO 治疗后 NK 细胞、IL-2、CD_8、B 细胞明显降低,CD_3、CD_4/CD_8比值、IgG、IgA 显著升高。结论:该法治疗可改善病毒性脑炎患儿的免疫功能,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective:In order to study ths immune mechanism of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation(UBIO) on children with viral encephalitis.Methods:30 children suffering from viral en- cephalitis were treated with UBlO,once every three days for three times (a course of treatment).The control group was 20 healthy children,At pre-and post-treatment,the value of CD_3,CD_4,CD_8,CD_4/ CD_8.BcelI,NKcell,IL-R,IgG,IgA and IgM was determined and compared in both groups.Results: After UBIO treatment,the value of NK cell,IL-2R,CD_8 and B cell in peripheral blood was obviously decreased;the CD_3,ratio of CD_4/CD_8,IgG and IgA was markedly increased.Conclusions:It is suggested that UBIO can improve the immune functions for viral encephalitis children.It has an important role for clinical and prognosis evaluation.
