急性白血病化疗后输注紫外线照射充氧血液的临床观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究紫外线照射充氧血液输注(UBIO)在急性白血病化疗中的作用。方法:38例急性白血病患者随机分为两组,在化疗后分别输紫外线照射的充氧血液和非照射的血液。结果:UBIO 组患者白细胞和血小板在化疗后第二周较对照组有明显升高(P<0.01),化疗后的不良反应症状明显改善,出血感染发生率减少,30天化疗间歇期的输血量由非照射时的2.8次×400ml 降为2.1次×400ml(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月 UBIO 组 CD_4、CD_8、CD_4/CD_8升高,分别为38.2%,23.6%和1.62,对照组分别为26.1%,19.7%和1.32;IgM、IgG 前者较后者也有明显升高,IgA 和 C_3无变化,同时观察到 UBIO 组可明显降低骨髓中的原始细胞及早幼粒细胞比率(P<0.01),患者的完全缓解和部分缓解比例增加。结论:UBIO 具有促进化疗后骨髓造血恢复,降低出血、感染发生,改善症状,并具有促进细胞免疫和体液免疫功能恢复的效应,其作用机制有待进一步研究。 Objective:To study the effects of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation (UBIO) in patients with acute leukemia after chemotherapy.Methods:38 cases with acute leukemia who were suffering from the chemotherapeutic reaction after chemotherapy were divided into two groups.The first group were transfused the blood radiated by UBIO and the second were given the normal blood without the UBIO as a control group.Results:In UBIO group,the number of leukocytes and platelets increased,the incidence of bleeding and infection reduced markedly and the adverse symptoms improved after two weeks of chemotherapy.At 30 days postchemotherapy of,the volume of transfusion was also decreased from 1120ml to 840ml,The immunological functions including CD_4,CD_8,CD4/CD_8,IgM as well as IgG were higher than those of control group.But the IgA and complement C_3 were unchanged. Conclusions:It is proved that UBIO may promote the intramedullary hemopoiesis and immunologic func- tions,improve the adverse symptoms and decrease the bleeding or infection for acute leukemia,particu- larly in chemotherapeutic reaction.
