厦门市通过构建区域托管电子病历共享平台,为中小型医疗机构提供了电子病历托管服务,有效节约了卫生资源,避免了医疗信息系统重复建设,提高了中小型医疗机构服务水平和工作效率,实现了区域医疗资源的有效共享。
Xiamen provides the trusteeship service of electronic medical records for small and medium medical institutions through constructing the sharing platform of regional trusteeship electronic medical records. It has effectively saved the health resources, avoided the repeated construction of the medical information system, improved the service level and working efficiency of small and medium medical instructions, and realized the effective sharing of regional medical resources.
