An Open Middleware of Medical Information Service

为降低各临床信息系统与医疗数据中心及临床信息系统之间的耦合性,同时实现跨医院、跨区域的医疗信息共享,给出了一种开放式医疗信息服务中间件。该中间件基于Web Service提供了包含一套规范化接口的医疗数据信息访问服务和医疗业务信息访问服务,同时采用了多维度的安全访问控制策略、基于PKI架构的安全认证策略以及服务器端的数据过滤和痕迹保留,因而在确保开放性的同时还具有较强的安全性。

In order to reduce the coupling between each clinical information system and medical data center as well as among clinical information systems, and realize the cross-hospital and cross-regional medical information sharing, it gives an open middleware of medical information service. Based on Web Service, this middleware provides the access service of medical data information and medical business information with a set of standardized interfaces, and meanwhile, it is adopted with the multi-dimensional security access control strategy, the security authentication strategy based on PKI structure, and data filtering of server as well as mark-reservation. Therefore, it has openness and strong security.
